Mobile Service & Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize daily schedules for mobile service vans.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders and service jobs.
• Allocate jobs to technicians/drivers based on location and urgency.
• Prepare job orders, invoices, and service documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
• Monitor job progress and resolve basic operational issues.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
• Maintain records of sales, completed jobs, and pending orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations for product availability.
• Provide daily/weekly reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, coordination, or sales support.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools (WhatsApp, CRM/ERP).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
• Organized, customer-focused, and sales-driven mindset.
