What you’ll be doing:

• Consulting with patients: Use your communication and sales skills to introduce treatment options, explain benefits, and guide patients towards the right solutions.
• Making treatments clear: Simplify dental diagnoses from our dentists into easy-to-understand terms so patients feel confident and informed.
• Working as a team: Collaborate closely with our doctors and sales team to ensure patients receive the best care and experience from start to finish.

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience in sales or patient-facing roles (preferably in healthcare or dentistry).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical concepts clearly.
• Fluency in French and Turkish (additional languages are always an advantage).
• A friendly, empathetic personality that helps build trust with patients.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven history of meeting targets.
• Comfort with CRM systems (experience with MedicaSimple is a plus).
