Position: Medical Sales Advisor – Dental Tourism

Your Role

• Guide and support patients: Use your sales expertise and communication skills to present treatment options, explain benefits, and help patients make informed decisions.
• Simplify treatments: Translate dental information provided by our dentists into patient-friendly explanations that build confidence and trust.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with dentists and fellow sales advisors to ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation to treatment.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in sales or patient-facing roles (experience in healthcare/dentistry preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain medical concepts clearly.
• Fluency in French and Turkish (other languages are a plus).
• Empathetic, personable, and patient-oriented approach.
• Target-driven mindset with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with MedicaSimple is an advantage).
