Senior Medical Consultant & Sales Executive

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent). A university degree in International Relations, Foreign Language Studies, or International Trade is an advantage, but not strictly required.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish or Arabic is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with international patients.

Previous experience in sales or medical tourism is preferred, but motivated newcomers are also encouraged to apply.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including managing leads, tracking sales pipelines, and maintaining accurate records.

Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn, with openness to feedback and personal growth.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once and maintain performance under pressure.

Genuine enthusiasm for sales, with a commitment to building it as a professional career path.

Core Responsibilities

Communicate with patients worldwide to assess their medical needs and provide tailored solutions.

Build trust-based relationships to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up, using CRM tools for efficiency and accuracy.

Prepare professional quotations and present customized healthcare packages.

Collaborate with doctors to create personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s needs.

Ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of the patient’s journey, guaranteeing excellent service throughout their experience.
