Senior Sales Manager

Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Kadıköy, Istanbul (Nevzemin Sk. 2, 34714 Kadıköy)
Format: Full-time, fully on-site

We are looking for a proactive and driven Senior Sales Manager who is experienced of working in both B2C and B2B segments to join our growing international team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging potential customers and different institutions that are looking to pursue an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) include current high school students, international students seeking a globally recognized qualification, and adults who may not have completed their high school education.

Requirements:

- 3 years B2C/B2B sales experience (required) with proven personal results; stability: at least 2 years in one company among recent positions.

- Basic sales skills: customer discovery, objection handling, presentation skills.

- Willingness to operate with your numbers: number of closed deals, revenue, conversions, speed-to-lead, cycle length.

- Confident working with CRM (e.g., Pipedrive), reporting, and forecasting.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, objection handling, and qualification skills.

- Independence, fast pace, discipline in pipeline management. Result-oriented and customer-focused.

Would be an advantage :

- Experience in EdTech/educational consulting or the Turkish agency market.
- Experience in team leadership or managing a small sales team.
- Building partnership programs (schools/agencies), working with contracts.

Responsibilities:

- Processing inbound/outbound leads in the Turkish market, quick initial contact.

- Consulting, qualification, building needs and value.

- Closing B2C deals and developing B2B partnerships.

- Systematic work with objections, customer retention throughout the entire cycle.

- CRM management: clean data, funnel stages, weekly forecasts.

- Achieving KPIs in terms of number of deals/revenue/conversion/response speed.

- Cross-functional interaction with marketing and operations for lead quality and NPS.

- Collecting market feedback, suggestions for scripts and offers.

- Regular reporting.

English B2/C1, Turkish C2 (Native).
Successful experience in the full sales cycle (from lead to closing and post-sales support).

Working conditions:

- Full-time.

- Compensation: fixed salary + percentage of closed deals.

- Transparent KPIs and funnel, product/CRM/script training during the first week.

- All necessary infrastructure (CRM, scripts, materials), marketing support.
