As part of our expansion strategy, we are building a global health tourism network aimed at reaching millions of patients worldwide—and we are looking for talented Medical Advisors to join us on this journey.

Your Role

• Guide patients through available aesthetic and surgical treatment options, offering tailored solutions based on their expectations and medical needs.
• Clearly explain procedures, treatment processes, and outcomes in a way that builds confidence and trust.
• Act as a bridge between patients and medical teams, ensuring treatment plans are aligned and well-coordinated.
• Follow up with patients throughout their decision-making journey using CRM tools to maintain strong relationships and drive conversions.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in consultative sales, ideally within healthcare, aesthetics, or medical tourism.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate medical concepts into clear, patient-friendly language.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and Turkish (additional languages are a strong advantage).
• A target-oriented mindset with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
• Basic knowledge of plastic surgery and hair transplantation procedures.
• Experience working with CRM systems or similar patient management platforms.
