To support our continued expansion, we are seeking dedicated and patient-oriented Sales Consultants to strengthen our international team.

Role Overview

• Assist international patients throughout their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment options and helping them make confident decisions.
• Translate complex dental information into clear, approachable language for patients.
• Work closely with dentists and internal teams to ensure a well-organized and positive experience from initial contact through treatment completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, patient coordination, or customer-facing roles; experience in healthcare or dentistry is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain medical information in a clear and reassuring manner.
• Fluency in French and Turkish is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Empathetic, patient-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Results-driven approach with proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with MedicaSimple is an advantage.
