Key Responsibilities – Medical Aesthetic Devices Specialist

1. Technical Support & Product Expertise

• Provide technical support and product guidance to dermatology and aesthetic clinics.
• Demonstrate the proper use, features, and benefits of medical aesthetic devices.
• Assist clinics in optimizing device performance and treatment outcomes.

2. Clinical Training

• Conduct training sessions for doctors, dermatologists, and clinic staff on the proper use of aesthetic devices.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and medical standards.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations during device installation and clinical use.

3. Installation & Device Setup

• Coordinate and support the installation of aesthetic devices in clinics.
• Ensure devices are properly configured, tested, and ready for operation.
• Provide operational guidance to ensure smooth device integration into clinic workflows.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinic managers, and medical staff.
• Act as the main technical contact for clinics using the company’s devices.
• Address client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

5. Troubleshooting & Technical Follow-Up

• Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to device usage.
• Coordinate with the technical or engineering team for advanced troubleshooting when required.
• Follow up with clinics to ensure devices operate efficiently.

6. Market & Product Support

• Support the sales team during product presentations and demonstrations.
• Participate in medical events, workshops, and conferences when required.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market needs and clinical requirements.

7. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all device usage complies with medical regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation related to installations, training, and technical visits.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical aesthetic devices.
• Proven experience supporting dermatology and aesthetic clinics.
• Strong technical and product knowledge in aesthetic technologies.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clinics and medical professionals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel between Kuwait and Qatar when required.
