About the Role

Aurora Dermo is looking for a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative ready to build a high-income career in the aesthetic and medical device industry.

This is a performance-driven role designed for experienced closers who want to sell premium technology and earn uncapped commissions.

You will represent a portfolio of advanced, high-technology medical and aesthetic devices designed to deliver real clinical results while helping practices increase revenue and expand their service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business (med spas, clinics, doctors)
• Conduct product demonstrations (virtual & in-person)
• Close high-ticket equipment sales
• Manage pipeline and follow-ups using CRM systems
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing campaigns, events, and workshops

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
• Proven sales experience (aesthetic, medical, or high-ticket preferred)
• Existing network of clients and industry contacts (med spas, clinics, or physicians) strongly preferred
• Ability to leverage a personal book of business to generate immediate sales opportunities
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based structure
• Reliable transportation for local travel
