In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic services, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote our comprehensive range of beauty and wellness solutions. Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired look and boost their confidence while ensuring a welcoming, professional environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant, client-focused setting dedicated to excellence and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, custom facials, dermablading, Skin Pen Microneedling.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such zenoti, ensuring smooth scheduling and record-keeping.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell retail products and treatment packages through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with the community.
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment bookings, and payment processing to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, nail care, hair styling, barbering techniques, and new aesthetic procedures to continually enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in medical spa or med spa environments preferred.
• Proficiency in managing salon software like Zenoti for scheduling and client management.
• Strong knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments including
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling products or services effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Ability to handle social media management for marketing purposes confidently.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
