Duties

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, Diamond Glows, RF Microneedling.
• Some directed and some independent learning to understand the procedures we offer and the products we carry.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ goals.
• Operate advanced skincare equipment such as esthetic lasers and other medical-grade devices following strict safety and sanitation protocols.
• Manage retail sales by demonstrating product demos, upselling skincare products, and educating clients on proper home care routines.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build lasting relationships.
• Ensure all treatment areas adhere to sanitation standards and safety regulations to provide a clean and welcoming environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa environments with a strong understanding of esthetics and skin care.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards essential for medical-grade procedures.
• Skilled in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with the community online.
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction.
• Competence in handling retail sales, product demos, and guest engagement to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
