Boulder Plastic Surgery is seeking a licensed Medical Aesthetician with experience in laser treatments to join our growing aesthetic team. Our practice provides advanced medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and skincare services in a physician-led plastic surgery environment focused on natural results and exceptional patient care.

Our practice prioritizes patient care and natural results in a clinical setting — not high-pressure retail or commission-driven sales.

Medical Aesthetician Responsibilities

Perform and assist with medical-grade aesthetic treatments including:

Laser treatments and skin resurfacing, including: Halo, Microlaser Peel, Arctic Peel, Profractional, IPL/BBL
Hydrafacial
Microneedling
Chemical peels
Dermaplaning
Medical-grade skincare consultations
Patient education and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Collaborate with providers to ensure optimal aesthetic outcomes
Maintain treatment room cleanliness and medical compliance

Qualifications

Licensed Medical Aesthetician in Colorado
Experience with laser treatments required
Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic clinic preferred
Experience with Modernizing Medicine (EMA) software is a plus
Strong consultation and patient communication skills
Passion for skincare, laser treatments, and aesthetic medicine
Professional, polished, and patient-focused
