Medical Aesthetician – Best You MedSpa, Wrentham, MA

$20/hour + 10% commission + performance bonuses

Best You MedSpa is a leading medical aesthetics practice known for advanced skincare treatments, natural results, and a warm, high-end experience. Our team includes experienced medical providers and expert estheticians who are passionate about helping patients look and feel their best in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled, confident, and social-media-savvy Medical Aesthetician to join us three to four days per week.

The Role

As a Medical Aesthetician at Best You MedSpa, you’ll combine clinical excellence with creative communication. You’ll deliver results-driven treatments while also educating and inspiring clients through social media content and in-office interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, and customized medical-grade facials
• Create personalized skincare routines based on client needs and goals
• Build lasting client relationships through education, empathy, and results
• Confidently appear on Instagram Stories, Reels, and educational videos to share skincare tips and treatment highlights
• Maintain a professional, upbeat, and collaborative presence within the team
• Ensure charting, treatment documentation, and safety protocols are completed accurately

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician (Massachusetts)
• 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting required
• Proficiency with HydraFacial, SkinPen, and medical-grade skincare lines preferred
• Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content (stories, videos, live Q&As)
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Schedule

• $20/hour base pay + 10% commission on services and retail + bonuses
• 24–32 hours per week (3–4 days)
• Annual earning potential: $75,000–$100,000
