We are seeking a licensed and passionate medical Aesthetican to join our growing team of a new med spa in Manlapan, NJ! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments, product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer care. Responsibilities

• Provide skin treatments including facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, peels.
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries effectively.
• Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
• Manage social media accounts to showcase services, promotions, and client testimonials.
• Assist with product demos and educate clients on proper skincare routines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment focused on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician’s license
• Proven experience as a medical esthetician in a med spa - minimum of 2 years
• Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Hydrafacial or diamond glow
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell services and products effectively.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices specific to the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
