Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend tailored skincare regimens utilizing products and services to enhance client results.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client consultations efficiently using software
• Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and product demos to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols during all procedures to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell retail products and additional services through effective communication skills to meet sales goals while prioritizing client needs.
• Support front desk and back office operations by greeting guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
• Assist providers as needed.
• Social Media experience a must.
• Team oriented, willing to pitch in and work.

Skills

• Proven experience with esthetic treatments, SkinPen, Hydrafacial, chemical peels.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to oversee treatment rooms and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Familiarity with med spa management software for scheduling and client records.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols specific to medical spa environments.
• Ability to perform social media management for marketing promotions and product awareness campaigns.
• Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling products like skincare lines or procedures that are needed.
• Competence in managing guest services from initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
