Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, chemical peels, cool sculpting, and more...
• Manage appointment scheduling using software to ensure smooth operations and optimal client flow.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations during all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and engage with the community to attract new clients.
• Upsell retail products and additional treatments through effective communication and personalized recommendations.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing retail sales, product demos, and managing guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion techniques, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair styling, nail care, makeup application, tattooing (if applicable), straight razor shaving, and deep tissue massage.
• Strong management skills with experience using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and providing clear treatment explanations.
• Proven ability in social media management for marketing purposes and building a loyal client base.
• Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing with med spa experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
