931 Skin + Company Aesthetics & Wellness is a boutique, luxury med spa dedicated to delivering refined care and real results. We are growing and looking for an experienced, motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about skin, confident in advanced treatments, and thrives in a high-end, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facials and advanced aesthetic treatments
• Assist with and/or perform laser treatments (experience preferred)
• Educate clients on medical-grade skincare and treatment plans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated treatment space
• Collaborate with our team to deliver a seamless, luxury experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active Aesthetician license in the state of Tennessee
• 1+ years of hands-on experience (medical setting preferred)
• Experience with laser treatments and advanced services (highly preferred)
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines
• Strong consultation and client education skills
• A passion for helping clients feel confident and cared for
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a boutique, luxury environment
• Experience with InMode or other laser platforms (preferred)
• Experience with acne programs (Face Reality or similar)
• Sales confidence with skincare and treatment plans
