Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including microneedling, Hydrafacial, customized facials, and chemical peels
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Recommend and guide patients on medical-grade skincare protocols
• Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level patient experience
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation
• Collaborate with the team to support overall practice growth and patient retention
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures and skincare routines.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while providing exceptional customer service.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques and product innovations.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to promote products confidently.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
