Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, Hydra facials, Chemical peels, PRX / skincare recommendations with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Manage appointment scheduling using EMR software to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards across all treatment areas to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results.
• Upsell skincare products and treatment packages through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage social media platforms to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with the community.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate products based on individual client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends such as esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, nail care techniques, tattooing procedures, color theory in makeup application, and advanced facial treatments.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a med spa environment for atleast 3-5 years is must -with hands-on practice performing aesthetic procedures and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Strong knowledge of management software or scheduling and client management.
• Familiarity with salon software systems for booking appointments and maintaining client records.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and skincare routines.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to aesthetic procedures to ensure safety compliance.
• Ability to manage social media accounts for marketing purposes while maintaining a professional online presence.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
