Position Overview

We are seeking a Kentucky licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, client relationships, and delivering exceptional results. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Services You’ll Perform

• Customized facials (Signature, Serenity, and advanced treatments)
• HydraFacial treatments (Go & Glow, Deluxe, Platinum)
• Obagi Skintrinsiq facial treatments
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• Facial waxing (brows, lip, chin, etc.)
• Lash lift and tint services
• SkinPen microneedling
• Pre- and post-care for laser services (including Scarlet RF Microneedling device and NouvaDerm laser system)
• Skincare consultations and product recommendations
• On-site and occasional off-site special occasion makeup application (weddings, events, photoshoots)

What We’re Looking For

• Active Kentucky Aesthetician License (Required)
• Experience in medical spa or advanced aesthetics preferred
• Experience with waxing, lash lift/tint services, and makeup application preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and continued education
• Ability to build and retain a loyal client base
• Confidence in retail sales and treatment recommendations

• Loves engaging on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Is comfortable creating content (before/after photos, videos, education, promotions)
• Has a go-getter mentality and takes initiative
• Wants to build and grow their own aesthetic clientele and personal brand

• Brings positive energy and thrives in a team environment

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling
