Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient experience, and delivering exceptional results.

This is not a volume-based role. We are looking for someone who values education, customization, and outcomes, and thrives in a high-end, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
• Medical-grade facials
• Hydrafacial (Signature + Platinum protocols)
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Customized skin treatments based on patient needs
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, and post-care protocols
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
• Collaborate with providers (PA/NP) to support multi-modality treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in EMR
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards
• Deliver a luxury, concierge-level patient experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications

• Active Florida Aesthetician or Facial Specialist License (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetic setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and ingredients
• Experience with Hydrafacial and chemical peels required
• Ability to build rapport and educate patients with confidence
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on ethical recommendations and results
• Professional, polished, and aligned with a luxury brand environment
