Medical Affairs Specialist

We are looking for a Medical Affairs Specialist to support our cell and advanced therapy portfolio across the MENA region. This role is based in Dubai and combines medical affairs and scientific engagement to ensure the safe, effective, and evidence-based implementation of advanced therapies in clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Medical & Scientific Engagement

• Provide accurate, balanced, non-promotional scientific information to physicians and key opinion leaders
• Lead scientific discussions on clinical data, protocols, and treatment optimization
• Respond to medical inquiries in line with regulatory and compliance standards
• Support study feasibility discussions and follow up on non-operational study progress
• Gather medical insights and real-world feedback to identify evidence or training gaps
• Serve as a scientific expert in cell and advanced therapies
• Engage with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and stakeholders
• Provide medical and scientific support for internal and external activities
• Lead medical education initiatives and ensure scientific accuracy of materials
• Support clinical and post-marketing activities

Scientific Events & Collaboration

• Contribute to the planning and execution of scientific meetings, workshops, and roundtables across MENA
• ⁠Support medical review and preparation of educational materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective program execution

Profile

•  Bachelor’s degree in medical science, microbiology, pharmacy, or any similar biomedical field (preferably a pharmacist).
• 2–3 years’ experience in medical affairs or a similar role
• Strong clinical data interpretation and scientific communication skills
• Comfortable delivering training in hospital settings
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region
• Experience in Medical Affairs within biotech/pharma (CAT experience preferred)
• Strong scientific communication and engagement skills
• Knowledge of the UAE healthcare landscape is a plus
