We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and behavioral health services, helping patients discover their purpose and build a healthy community. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team in a fast-paced, dynamic medical setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Booking and Rescheduling patients
• Managing prior authorizations and patient communication
• Patient Vitals
• Injections
• Work as an insurance liaison
• Communicate with providers on a respectful and professional level
• Administrative work
• Managing and operating clinic including but not limited to cleaning, managing paperwork and data
• Opening and closing facility
• Guiding patients through new paperwork and contracts and medical protocols

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Google Suite
• Be willing to understand and navigate multiple patient medical record platforms
  
• Certified Medical Assistant
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel to multiple rural locations within the area
• Active Driver's License
• Proper time management
• Reliable and Dependable

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift, M-F
• Saturday Rotation

Work setting:

• In-person- Pueblo Clinic and Mobile Unit

Education:

• High school or equivalent
• Medical Assistant Certification
