Medical Assistant – Pediatrics (Chandler & Gilbert, AZ)

Desert Shores Pediatrics is a busy, well-established pediatric practice seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team in Chandler and Gilbert, AZ.

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

• Room pediatric patients and assist with daily clinic flow
• Obtain vitals and document patient information in the EHR
• Administer injections and perform in-house lab testing under provider direction
• Assist providers with in-office procedures
• Perform vision and hearing screenings
• Maintain accurate immunization records, including VFC documentation
• Support patient communication, referrals, and prior authorizations
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• BLS certification required
• EHR experience required
• Pediatric or outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
