Medical Assistant/Scribe

We’re looking for a motivated Scribe/Medical Assistant to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and want hands-on experience in dermatology, this is a great opportunity to build your career in healthcare.

What You’ll Do (but not limited to):

• Document patient visits in real-time (history, medications, treatment plans).
• Assist with minor procedures and basic medical tests.
• Support providers during surgeries (prep, sterilization, post-op instructions).
• Maintain accurate EMR records and patient charts.
• Help with patient scheduling, check-in/out, and prior authorizations.
• Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and stocked.

What We’re Looking For:

• Medical office or clinical experience (dermatology a plus).
• Strong typing and EMR skills.
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual is a big plus!
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.63 per hour
