Medical Assistant

Job Summary
We are a patient-centered MedSpa dedicated to delivering high-quality care. We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Medical Assistant to join our team. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work at various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for their visits
• Administer injections as directed
• Assist the Registered Nurse throughout the day with clinical tasks
• Answer incoming patient calls and direct messages appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
• Support clinical flow and help ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Phlebotomy and injection experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel to different office locations as needed
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for varied shifts
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
