Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, for a Medical Assistant. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of tasks, including assisting healthcare providers with medical procedures, managing medical records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient comfort. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, preparing examination rooms, supporting patient communication, and facilitating an organized medical office. The role requires a patient-focused, detail-oriented individual dedicated to delivering excellent care.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency REQUIRED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Valid work authorization required
• Certifications required or in progress: Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, EKG, and BLS
• Ability to provide high-quality Patient Care and assist with clinical procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekends (with advance notice)
