Men’s Wellness Centers is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant (CMA, LPN, or RN) for our Virginia Beach clinic. We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and peptide treatments for men.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare patients for visits (vitals, intake, documentation)
• Perform blood draws and phlebotomy
• Administer injections per protocol
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Manage medication and clinical inventory
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Educate patients on hormone therapy and weight management programs
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), LPN, or RN
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset

Experience in hormone therapy, men’s health, or weight management is a plus — but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time, in clinic (not remote)
• Five days per week
• Monday–Saturday
• Rotating Saturday coverage required
