Medical Assistant

Gameday Men's Health is hiring a Medical Assistant for its Pearland location. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:

- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients

- Injections (Testosterone, vitamins)

- Soundwave Therapy (for ED and musculoskeletal pain)

- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts

- Assisting medical providers with patient care

- Greeting patients

- Assisting in lab operations, run lab tests

- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

- Scheduling appointments, follow up on leads and patients

- Attending online and in person trainings

- Assisting occasional marketing events, not obligated

Qualifications: Experience in a related field, such as men's health, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits

Key Qualifications: BLS and CMA is Required
