Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, patient-focused Medical Assistant who thrives in both clinical and client-facing environments.

This is not your typical MA role.You will play a key part in enhancing patient experience, supporting clinical care, and helping patients choose services that support their wellness goals.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and assist with exams
• Administer injections (B12, weight loss, etc.)
• Assist with IV therapy setup (training provided if needed)
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic lab processing
• Maintain clean, organized clinical spaces

Patient Experience & Engagement

• Welcome patients and create a luxury, comfortable environment
• Educate patients on services (IV therapy, weight loss, wellness packages)
• Guide patients through their visit and answer questions confidently

Growth & Sales Support

• Recommend appropriate services based on patient needs
• Support enrollment in weight loss and wellness programs
• Promote add-on services (glutathione, NAD+, injections, labs)

Who You Are

• Certified or experienced Medical Assistant
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, warm, and professional
• Comfortable discussing wellness services and making recommendations
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about health, wellness, and patient care

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
