Medical Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our MDVIP practice with Dr. Hope Ijaola.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment that focuses on building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized healthcare. Dr. Hope Ijaola’s MDVIP practice takes a different approach to internal medicine by emphasizing preventive care, wellness, and individualized attention for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Assist with patient intake and medical histories
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
• Perform administrative and clinical duties as needed
• Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
• Support Dr. Ijaola in delivering exceptional personalized care
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records

Qualifications

• Previous clinical experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Medical Assistant certificate
• Valid CPR/BLS certification

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
