Medical Assistant

Position open for Medical Assistants. Able to work in a very busy, fast pace office for 2 OB-GYN Doctors and 2 Nurse Practitioners.

Willing to start ASAP.

MUST HAVE MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE: TRIAGE & ASSISTING PROVIDERS.

Responsibilities

• Check out - appointments, schedule vaginal inductions, c/sections, referrals and communicate with hospital for admissions
• schedule appointments
• Answer Phones
• Fax / Scan / Upload
• Other office duties as assigned

• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in patient management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
