Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth patient intake processes
• Measure vital signs accurately and document patient histories using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Assist healthcare providers with procedures such as injections, medication administration.
• Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available for procedures in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Manage patient flow efficiently by scheduling appointments, confirming follow-ups, and coordinating referrals
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate medical records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in medical administrative support tasks
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations across outpatient and inpatient environments
