Description:
Must have the ability multitask and to be able to handle a fast paced, but fun work environment and travel to our other locations in the area as needed.
Requirements:
Duties include but are not limited to:

Recording medical history and vitals

Rooming patients
-
Assisting physicians with minor in-office medical procedures

Scheduling testing procedures such as MRI's

Scheduling patients with other physician offices
-
Pre-certifications
-
Clean and maintain instruments
-
Cleaning treatment rooms
-
Communicating patient needs with physicians
-
Assisting physician with charting
-
Trimming toenails
-
Returning patient phone calls
-
Some receptionist duties such as answering phones and making patient appointments

Surgery scheduling
-
Administrative duties
-
Other Duties as assigned
