About Us

We are a Suboxone clinic dedicated to supporting patients on their recovery journey from opioid use disorder. Our focus is on dignity, compassion, and consistent care. We’re looking for a dependable Medical Assistant to join our team every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to help create a supportive environment for patients.

Schedule:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-3:30pm.

Saturdays from 8:30am - 2:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
• Take and record vitals (blood pressure, weight, etc.) accurately
• Assist providers during visits as needed
• Administer and document urine drug screens
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked, cleaned, and ready
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Support smooth patient flow and clinic operations
• Document in the EMR system clearly and promptly

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or prior experience in a medical office
• Familiarity with Suboxone or MAT settings preferred
• Comfortable administering drug screens
• Dependable, on-time, and professional
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
• Compassionate and nonjudgmental communication style

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
