Overview:
- Prepares patients for examination and treatment.
- Takes patient histories and vital signs and is able to document on an electronic medical record.
- Should be able to Measure Range of Motion of the extremities and document them on an electronic medical record.
- Prepares exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and dressing supplies.
- Must be able to Refill Medications.
- Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments.
- Assists with scheduling of medical test treatments and subspecialty evaluations.
- Return patient phone calls.
- Make appointments.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Graduate from a Medical Assistant program is preferred
- One year of experience in a physician practice or clinic setting is preferred
- Needs to be computer literate
- Orthopedic practice literacy is preferred
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
