Medical Assistant — Grapevine, TX

Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders (TIND) is growing, and we’re hiring a Medical Assistant for our Grapevine clinic.

Our MAs are a vital part of the patient-care team. This role offers a hands-on start to a multifaceted career in neurology with opportunities for special procedure training—including injections, Botox, and EMGs—to help you grow at TIND.

What you’ll do

• Room patients, obtain vitals, and document accurately in the chart
• Answer inbound patient calls and provide timely assistance
• Assist the provider with procedures (injections, Botox, EMGs) as needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service while protecting patient privacy and rights
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and teammates
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience (neurology experience a plus)
• Proficient typing and strong computer skills
• Quick learner with EMR systems; EClinicalWorks experience preferred
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills a plus
