Urogynecology Consultants is looking for a motivated Medical Assistant with a professional attitude.

POSITION SUMMARY

Medical Assistant

Responsible for assisting providers with patient care, clerical, environmental and organizational tasks. Prepare provider notes, room patients, take vitals, request prior authorizations, stock supplies and provide cleaning. This position may require occasional travel to our other locations when needed. Our ideal candidate will also be responsible for answering phone calls from patients with medical concerns and will also schedule appointments as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Medical Terminology (Required)
• 6 months to a year experience in a medical office (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Has experience with EPIC (Preferred)
