Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Perform patient intake procedures, including measuring vital signs, documenting medical history, and verifying medication lists.

Assist healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, and treatments.

Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and organized.

Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive measures.

Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate documentation.

Assist with medical administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.

X-Ray certification is a plus.

Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
20 - 24 USD per hour(NES - Cedar Mill)
