Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant based in Houston, TX. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities to support the daily operations of My Evergreen Med Spa. These include assisting in medical procedures, maintaining patient medical records, ensuring the comfort and care of patients, and contributing to the efficiency of the medical office. The role requires direct interaction with patients and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and proficiency in Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology.
• Experience working in a Medical Office setting, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
• Demonstrated expertise and care in Patient Care processes and interactions.
• Ability to maintain accurate and secure Medical Records and manage related documentation efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
• Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
