Position Summary
We are seeking a bright, motivated, and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for recent or upcoming college graduates who are planning to pursue medical or physician assistant school and are seeking meaningful, hands-on clinical experience.
You will work closely with a board-certified dermatologist and an experienced physician assistant, gaining exposure to a wide range of dermatologic conditions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms; clean and sterilize instruments
• Record patient histories, vital signs, and update electronic medical records
• Manage clinical photography and specimen labeling
• Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare, and post-procedure care
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient check-in as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) required
• Strong academic record with demonstrated interest in medicine, dermatology, or healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and professional demeanor
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior clinical or research experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
