Medical Assistant for Allergy Practice in Troy

Two physician allergy practice in need of a medical assistant to give allergy shots, perform allergy testing, room and complete vitals on patients, do spirometry, data entry in the EMR, prescription renewal and other duties required for good patient care. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and half day on Friday for a 32 1/2 - 35 hour work week. Medical benefits for employee after 30 days, simple IRA plan, paid lunch, paid holidays and paid vacation. Looking for someone who is reliable, motivated to work, with good organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have good communication skills and work as a team. Medical assisting experience is a must, but are willing to train anyone without a background in allergy. We have a great staff to work along side with and are always willing to help another when needed. Medical, dental and vision benefits available . Our physicians specialize in asthma and allergy for pediatric and adult patients. We administer allergy injections throughout the day as well as see patients for office visits with the doctor.
