Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of previous Medical Assistant experience
• Certified Medical Assistant
• Experience with venipuncture and laboratory equipment
• Experience working with adults and geriatrics preferred
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with gastrointestinal procedure patients preferred
• Knowledge of specimen accession, collection, and preparation
• Understanding of Quality Control & Quality Assurance procedures
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
