As a PRN Medical Assistant or Care Tech, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Princeton, IN. The scheduled hours are PRN for the following shifts: 2pm - 10:30P and/or 10P - 6:30a. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, team-oriented, and ready to make a real difference in patient care!

What You’ll Do

Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height).
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments.
Performs routine CLIA waived laboratory tests, operates EKG and other diagnostic equipment, and collects specimens.
Performs administrative tasks, assists at the front desk, schedules appointments, makes follow-up calls, and orders medical supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
State Lab Certificate (NV only).
Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant Program training program preferred.
Work experience in health center/ doctor’s office setting patient and/or long-term care.
Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
