Medical Assistant (Part-Time 4 Days/Week or Full-Time) – Aesthetic / Plastic Surgery

HALO Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery & Medspa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our clinical team.

This is a front + back office role, requiring someone who is both clinically skilled and comfortable communicating with patients.

We are open to part-time (minimum 4 days/week) or full-time, depending on fit.

Requirements (must meet all):

• Previous experience in a medspa and/or plastic surgery office REQUIRED
• Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone etiquette and patient communication skills
• Comfortable assisting with aesthetic treatments and procedures
• Professional, polished demeanor
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with aesthetic treatments and procedures
• Prepare and turn over rooms efficiently
• Experience assisting with injectables, including drawing neurotoxins and preparing treatment trays
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and support front desk as needed
• Maintain smooth patient flow and overall clinic efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas

• Schedule: 4 days/week minimum or full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
