Medical Assistant - Pop Health Specialist - FT - Draper

Granger Medical Clinic is looking for a Medical Assistant I to join our Draper location. The Medical Assistant I will assist the Population Health Manager with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Medicare Advantage and Commercial insurance bonus programs. In this role, you will show off your teamwork, prioritization, communication, and organizational skills. You will maintain accurate spreadsheets and data reports, assist in the development of workflow process, and analyze clinical data for accuracy and HEDIS gap closures. Knowledge and Skills:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma REQUIRED
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology REQUIRED
• Medical Assistant Certification REQUIRED
• Familiarity with Pediatrics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
