Medical Assistant/Administrative

Are you a motivated Medical Assistant who enjoys hands-on clinical work, loves interacting with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Medi-Weightloss of Ballantyne is looking for a dependable and energetic team member to join our clinic and help patients achieve life-changing health results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing EKGs, blood draws, and IM injections
• Supporting clinical providers during patient visits
• Welcoming and checking in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Checking patients out, scheduling follow-up appointments, and processing payments
• Answering phones and assisting with scheduling
• Promoting Medi-Weightloss products and services to support patient success
• Managing and tracking clinic inventory, including supplements and medical supplies
• Assisting with stocking, organizing, and maintaining exam rooms and clinical areas
• Supporting daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
• Pitching in with additional duties as needed to help the clinic run efficiently

• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting
• A reliable and collaborative team player
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Medical Assistant experience preferred

Hours of Operation:

Tuesday 5:30 am to 12:00pm

Wednesday 5:30 am to 12:00 pm

Thursday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm

Friday 5:30 am to 12:00 pm

Saturday 5:30 am to 12:00 pm
