Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist/

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform basic life support as needed and maintain patient safety.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Manage coding for billing purposes to ensure proper documentation of services rendered.
• Inhale and administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office or clinic environment.
• Support the healthcare team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
• Draw labs when ordered by the provider

Requirements

• Proficiency in using EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
• Knowledge of medical coding practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent patient service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in Phlebotomy

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
