We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Assistant/Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters and assist with various clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

- Accurately document patient encounters, including medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans

- Assist healthcare professionals with clinic, such as rooming patients, taking vital signs and taking a brief history

- Assist with scheduling patients for outpatient procedures

- Assist with Marketing

- Transcribe physician orders and prescriptions

- Maintain patient records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate

- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and effective patient care

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is highly desirable

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred

- Bilingual skills preferred

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
