Medical Biller (AR Specialist)

Doctors Urgent Care Group is a fast growing multi-million dollar urgent care corporation. We have 31 locations nationwide and staffing over 300 employees across 5 different states.

We are looking for a full-time remote Medical Biller. The person filling this role will be reporting to the Director of Operations and will be working alongside a collaborative and talented team. This schedule is around 45-hours/week, 8:00 AM-05:00 PM Detroit USA time Monday-Friday.

Job Duties:

• Understand insurance guidelines, Medicare and Medicaid, including urgent care and deductibles.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Bill Charts
• Check charts completion.
• Review/Audit charts for quality and proper coding.
• Knowledge of medical billing software.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues with patients.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have 1 or more years of experience as Medical Biller.
Must have 1 or more years of Advanced MD experience
Must be willing to take Advanced MD technical test.
